Come Fly with Rats ;-D

A Rawalpindi citizen shared his experience in PIA flight Airbus 310 that was supposed to depart from Peshawar for Abu Dhabi & Dubai, passengers suddenly saw a giant rat running down their seats. From that very moment they knew that they are not just suffering(travel:-) but they are suffering from that situation when everyone on the flight started complaining about the rat. Passengers expected the aircraft to be turned back to Peshawar but it was really surprising that when flight reached Abu Dhabi they still continued it with rat inside the plane.
 
According to me it was a horrible scene and a threat to the flight safety, how a rat reached there? If anyhow he reached there, if they didn't turned the flight back they were supposed to get rid of him when they reached their first  destination Abu Dhabi because what if a rat damages sensitive electronic cables  or damage landing gear or so of the plane??? I think that PIA must look into their flight hygiene & safety standards, they should empower airline staff to take immediate action in interest of passenger comfort & safety when needed.
