Leadership

Leadership

“Leadership is a function of knowing yourself, having a vision that is well communicated, building trust among colleagues, and taking effective action to realize your own leadership potential."

Who is a Leader?

A leader is a coach, a mentor, a communicator, a champion, a goal setter, an achiever, a team player, a motivator. He is a Powerful personality, self-confident, charismatic individual, and integrated human, who challenge their limiting beliefs and let us belief that we can go limitless, against all odds to achieve our goal.

What does it takes to be a leader??

·         VISION: Vision distinguishes a leader from others. A vision of a leader brings the followers the emotion of hope and something the followers can strive to achieve.

·         RELIABILITY: In a leader, you want someone that’s reliable, with a message that people can follow.

·         CONFIDENT:  It takes guts to be a leader. It’s not for everyone; one who is confident can lead.

·         EMPOWERING: A leader empowers his followers with tools necessary to succeed.

·         MOTIVATING: A leader motivates his followers towards the goal and driving strengths out of them.

Where are Leaders today?

If we consider Pakistan, We have seen all the leaders in past few decades that brought country from nowhere, with the will power and vision they achieved it and see where we are now? We are fighting in our home to save our home. I am not saying that it is totally a leadership fault that we are fighting in our country but to some extent it is we who made wrong decisions to elect the leader.
Good leaders are those who see strengths in other people and drive those out, help them find the direction, they help other people grow and mature. But today these leaders do not know their own direction except running for the money.
